Positions of the Sunni armed resistance groups in Iraq against the American occupation towards Ba'athism and Saddam Hussein

1 - Ansar al-Sunnah / Ansar al-Islam

Their leader Mullah Krekar stated that Saddam was an apostate and that he would have been executed had he been captured by them, and that Ba'athism is a kufri ideology

2 - Islamic Army in Iraq

Explicitly dissociated from Ba'athism and Ba'athists and denied that anyone in their group followed Ba'athist ideology, and that their group had any association, whether ideological or operational, to Ba'athism

In another statement, they also stated that the presence of Ba'athists in the military operations against the occupation is tiny and irrelevant, that Islam and Ba'athism are contradictory and can never come together, and that they want to establish an Islamic state

3 - Jaysh al-Mujahideen

When asked about their relations with Ba'athism, their spokesman stated that it was a kufri ideology that contradicts Islam and destroys any value to a person's actions

In another statement, they also mentioned that their group has no relation to Ba'athism or the Ba'ath party

4 - 1920 Revolution Brigades / Hamas of Iraq

In one statement, they declared total dissociation from Ba'athism and the Ba'ath party

In another statement, they criticized global news outlets and Izzat al-Douri himself for trying to paint the resistance in Iraq as a Ba'athist resistance

Additionally, they also indicated that the Ba'ath government are the first ones responsible for the occupation of Iraq

5 - Jaysh al-Rashideen

In a video released by them, they showed Marx, Lenin, and Aflaq being sent to hell, as a condemnation of Communism and Ba'athism

6 - JAMI

The spokesman for JAMI declared that the Iraqi resistance is Islamic and not Ba'athist, and indicated the lack of presence of Ba'athist ideological basis among any of the Iraqi resistance, in addition to stating that they fight for Islam and not nationalism

7 - Mujahideen Shura Council / AQI

The stance of AQ is well known regarding considering Ba'athism as a kufr ideology and takfir of Saddam to the extent that this is obvious enough not to need an explicit proof

Bonuses:

Despite the takfir of IS towards al-Douri, he still found them to be heroes worthy of praise!

The takfir of the main Shi'i groups that fought against America towards Saddam and the Ba'ath is well known, like the Sadris, AAH, and Kataib Hizbullah

But less known is that even the more dissident ones like al-Sarkhi and al-Khalisi also oppose Saddam and the Baath (hypocrisy of rawafid, takfiring baathist saddam but not baathist assad... don't be like them if u call urself a Sunni)
